Terms of Service

Rental administration services for landlords. Effective 1 January 2025.

1. Provider

2. Scope

We handle listings, guest screening, bookings, check-in coordination, rent collection and reporting. Repairs, utilities, taxes, legal representation and insurance are excluded unless agreed in writing.

3. Fees

Commission is calculated on net rental income and disclosed before you order. Extra services are quoted in advance.

4. Electronic contract

Orders form an electronic contract under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015. Either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice; accrued fees stay payable.

5. Your duties

You confirm lawful authority to let the property, accurate data, habitability, and compliance with tax and registration duties.

6. Cancellation and liability

Cancellation rules and charges appear before ordering; your rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 are unaffected. We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault, up to the commission for that booking, not for guest misconduct, force majeure or indirect losses.

7. Complaints and law

Write to contact@rentalcarsb.com; we reply within 30 days. Unresolved disputes follow Law No. 3153-IX in the courts of Ukraine. Ukrainian law governs these terms.

8. Data, cookies, advertising

Personal data: Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3992-IX of 25.04.2024; cookies: that Law and the Law "On Electronic Communications" No. 1971-VIII of 16.12.2021; claims: Law "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.
