How rentalcarsb.com processes personal data submitted through the contact and property review form, and how you can exercise your rights.

2. What we collect

Name, email address and phone number.
Property details you submit for review: address, type, size, occupancy and rental figures.
Technical data: IP address, device, browser and cookie identifiers.

3. Why and on what basis

We use the data to answer your enquiry, prepare the property review, conclude and perform the service contract, meet legal duties and secure the site. Bases: your consent, pre-contractual steps taken at your request, contract performance, legal obligation and legitimate interest. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Legal framework

We process data under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 25.04.2024 № 3992-IX and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII. Where EU law applies to you, the rights below are honoured as well.

5. Sharing and retention

Data goes only to hosting, email and analytics providers acting on our instructions, and to authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal data. Enquiries are kept up to 24 months after the last contact; contract records are kept for the period set by Ukrainian law. We apply access controls, encryption in transit and confidentiality obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to contact@rentalcarsb.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Non-essential cookies and similar tracking run only after your consent, under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 25.04.2024 № 3992-IX and Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2021 № 1971-VIII. You can reject or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings.
