Scope of service

We administer rentals for landlords: marketing, tenant sourcing, booking handling, rent collection support and reporting. We are not a party to any lease unless expressly stated.

Estimates and reports

Income, occupancy, pricing, payback and savings figures are illustrative estimates only; actual results may differ materially. Periodic reports are operational summaries from available data, not appraisals, audits or legal opinions.

Commercial messages are identifiable as advertising, accurate and not misleading (Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR). The rentalcarsb.com name, logo and content are protected by trademark and copyright law.
